Not so bad a for short local trips, 1 in 10 journeys it will take more than 30mins to get a taxi but don't book in advance - and certainly don't book in advance going to somewhere time critical like a flight from Manchester! Thankfully uber did the job. Lucky 7, cheap but you'll be lucky if you get a taxi!
Left me waiting 40 mins, ringing to say 10mins away, waited 20 more minutes, rang them, they said "the driver is just clearing off now and will be with you next" waited another 20 mins, missed 1 call and then they cancelled the job.
Booked a taxi for 7.25. Its now 8.10, no taxi. I'm late for work and losing pay. Do not recommend.
Not even exaggerating, you're better off getting an Uber that's an additional 10-15 minutes out. Even when they're around the corner, the lazy staff just sit there. Utterly unprofessional. Unsure how this company still sustains itself. Magnum is far more reliable, use them or uber
I have used different type of taxi services , lucky seven is the worst one.
Best taxi to book with, i wouldn't go with anyone else, never had a problem.
Totally wrong, it's a shame the company, the drivers ( some of them), and special the phone operators. Operators they say to you on the phone 5 min for everything and you wait for taxi more then 30 minutes; some drivers ask you for money before ride like on the brothels, and more than that some cars they not be cleaned at all.
Been waiting for a taxi for an hour now, had several drivers take up my job and then next moment cancel so have to wait for another one. I'd be quicker walking. Useless.
I read a lot of reviews, most of them are negative. Mine is the same. On the black Friday evening I ordered a taxi and after I waited for 10 min they found me a car. After that the driver called me and when he asked me where I want to go he cancelled my ride. Why? Becouse my ride was on a more longer distance than they expected and he decided is best for him to take shorter rides and make more money. Not enough space to tell my stories. BAD COMPANY. KEEP AWAY. You will be LUKY if you get a ride
They've got a trick you have to be careful of. You are charged by distance traveled. They offer to use the d-road, and it's longer but it's faster, so you will arrive at the same time , but it will cost £ more because you traveled further. They know what they're doing. Don't be fooled into saying they should take whatever way suits them. Always use the direct route.
